At Badger Black, every order is prepared with care and intention. From workshop to doorstep, we aim to ensure a delivery experience that reflects the same quiet quality as the product itself.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During seasonal releases or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Should this occur, we will communicate clearly and promptly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

• Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Express Delivery (if available)

• Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping on orders above a specified value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available), allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter with care and attention.

We kindly ask that any delivery issues are reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Badger Black is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. This may be introduced in the future as the brand grows.
